Our history
It all started in 2010 by Kevin Cope CEO / Founder as a way to help those affected by the recession. Kevin began by staging networking mixers that attracted small business owners as well as job seekers. Soon LVBG reached out to the non-profit community, also hard hit by the recession, and connected LVBG members with organizations in need of volunteers or organizations that needed to boost their awareness among area residents.
Our vision
Today, LVBG is an all- volunteer organization with about 11,000 registered members. LVBG has strengthened its ties to area non-profits and works to bridge the gap between them, area businesses and the general public. We continue to grow due to the interest of others who are looking to develop committees, become leaders and more importantly want to help others
