Lehigh Valley H.O.P.E. Results for Q1 2017

Highlights:

• We had an increase of items to those in need this qtr
• 3 additional Boy Scouts earned their Eagle Award and 4 more are earning their Eagle in the next 3 months
• We are offering community service opportunities to High School students over the summer
• We’ve expanded our days to two days per week (Tuesdays and Fridays)
• Colleges, Youth Groups, Individuals and others are collecting wish list items
• ARC clients volunteer weekly
• We have a Senior Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, (2) Volunteer Coordinators, and a Donations Coordinator
• We hosted a kindergarten awards day
• We attended an annual nonprofit community day event
• We introduced LV HOPE to the Allentown Fire Department
• Several agency and community service providers toured our resource room
• We began to receive and are displaying local agency information on our resource tables
• We are now an approved referral agency for Outreach Depot
• We started a maternity section
